Well folks, here is the walking that Amanda and I have done in the past seven days
6/7- off
6/8- 0.5
6/9- 0.7
6/10- off
6/11- 2.0(37:43)
6/12- 2.0(39:37)
6/13- 2.6(48:47)
Total ran= 7.8 miles........that is the equivalent of walking from here to near Cabot. Not too bad.
